Your financial responsibility After insurance has paid its portion of the bill, most deposits and co-payments are due at the time of service. You are financially responsible for all non-emergency services. You are expected to pay the full balance within 20 days of receiving your bill. We offer financial assistance and payment plans if you cannot pay. Prior to receiving care, it is important to understand that while your insurance may cover a portion of your costs, you are still responsible for out-of-pocket expenses.
